Thank you for choosing Kit and Clover, LLC (Kit + Clover). Before you rent our set up, please make sure to thoroughly read and understand our policies and terms of service.

Rental Charges - Unless prior arrangements are made, the rental charges are for an overnight period. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return at the agreed time, Kit + Clover reserves the right to charge the Client a fee. If the Client chooses to postpone the rental of the equipment, cancellation charges will apply below.

Payment - Bookings are held once the party date is agreed upon and deposit and/or full payment is received. Kit + Clover requires a $100 deposit to hold the party date. The balance of your rental charge is due prior to the set up for your party.

Cancellations - If a cancellation is made prior to 14 days before your event, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made within 14 days of the agreed upon party date, the deposit will not be refunded. If the Client needs to cancel due to illness, the balance can be transferred to a new, agreed upon date within 60 days of the original party date. 

Set up/Pick up Times - We set up and pick up between the hours of 9am-2pm. We will discuss your set up and pick up times the week of your event and provide a 2-hour window for both. Alternate times can be discussed. 

Receipt of Delivery - The Client is responsible for being present to accept delivery of the equipment. Kit + Clover will provide a checklist of rental items at time of delivery. The Client is responsible for returning the equipment the next day in perfect condition. The Client is financially responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment.

Positioning/Setting up of Equipment - The Client is responsible for clearly indicating the location for assembly or dismantling of the equipment. Kit + Clover will take every care but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. If you choose to re-position, change locations of the tents, or alter our set up in any way once we have left, we are not responsible for the experience you have recreated.

Kit + Clover reserves the right to deny a party if upon inspection of the site, or if the party area seems dirty or unsafe. We will refund your party (if paid in full prior) minus the $100 deposit. 

All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust and furniture before set up commences. If the party is being held outside, the area must be clean from pets. 

Use of Equipment - Damage to rental equipment during use is the responsibility of the Client and the Client agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be after the rental date. If at any time during the rental period the Client considers the equipment to be faulty, it is the Client’s responsibility to contact Kit + Clover. Kit + Clover reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty equipment as soon as practicable during the rental period to the reasonable satisfaction of the Client. The Client should not attempt to repair the equipment without prior consent. Client agrees that there will be no jumping on air mattresses and no sitting/standing on tray tables.  

Party Hosts - Adults hosting the party agree to supervise children at the event. Adults hosting the party agree to ensure that the party room is kept pet and smoke free at all times. 

Liability to Third Parties - Kit + Clover will not be held liable for claims of personal injury or death while using the equipment. Kit + Clover will not be responsible for accidental damage caused by guests. Client agrees to indemnify Kit + Clover for injuries resulting from the improper use of the rental equipment.
